My Spray-N-Grow Garden

Success at Adler Acres Monday, May 31, 2010
It has been 5 days since I last wrote. Ah, I have learned alot this week and have had great success! Drenching my tomato plants with Bill's Perfect Fertilizer did the trick, My plants are full of fruit. Also my concoction of Coco Wet mixed with a squirt of dish soap and water has healed and killed. My Zenia's powdery mildew is gone, the bushes around the pool area are free from the little white mites and black mildew and I also used the mixture of my willow tree which was being invaded by these little leech looking bugs that laid eggs on the leaves. There gone. Keep a daily watch on your plants and take some kind of action. The best I can guess is that the quick acting and the mixture killed off the bugs and their eggs. Now I don't know if ya'll are familiar with the shrimp plant, but we have them on our grounds. They are a lush lime green bush type plant that during summer produce blooms that look like shrimp. I noticed many tiny round dark spots on them the other day and just waited to see what was going to happen if anything. The next day 1/2 inch dark worms where on the plants eating the leaves, I took what was left in my sprayer of the dish soap and coco wet mix and sprayed it down good. The next day there were clear and free of the worms and the eggs, which is what I am guessing that was. If you experience any problems similar to what I have last week, you might give my methods a shot, might just save you some trouble.
I have four neighbors that are close enough to visit and they we all have something in common. We love nature, you have to, to live where we do and have the size of property we do. Everyone has at least an acre, and the majority have 5. Friday as we were all visiting, our neighbor across the way was just amazed at our garden and asked me to come and look at her's and see if there was anything that could be done with it. We planted about the same time and her plants are about 3 inches high as to where mine are all mature and producing fruit. I told her about Spray-N-Grow and gave her the contact information. I am going to get her started with a first dose this evening. She will be surprised when she see's the results, won't she. I need to put in a order for some more Bill's Perfect Fertilizer myself. I am getting close to running out. I found that you use more of that in application than the Spray-N-Grow and Coco Wet, so when ordering you might go ahead, if you are buying the smaller sizes, to get two of the fertilizer to the others. Until next week, Happy Gardening!
