rosemarie ayers replied to Brian Leyda's discussion Color Change"I also had this problem. If you are using a yellow colored tank sprayer like I am, then you can't see the color change. If the color really hasn't changed then add a pinch of baking soda and wait a few minutes. You will notice a difference."

I checked a couple of internet sites, and it appears you should start them indoors in early spring, and transplant outside after the weather gets warm.
