When we got our boxes this year, they had fertilizer with them, (you have to buy it every year), and they said we had everything we needed, and not to add other fertilizer or it would burn the plants. We have two tomato plants per box, (like they…

What is dolomite, and where do I get it? I don't think to much water is the problem, because we have earth boxes, and the water wicks up from below. They only get water from the top when it rains, and we have only had short showers lately.

I tried to take a picture, but they are so little, they don't show up. They are like mealy bugs, only pink insead of white. I;m in Franklin, Tn, and we had 13-18 inches of rain in two days. There are no catapillers, I looked very closely.

Can you take a picture of the pink fuzzy things? I'd be interested to see what they look like. We don't get much rain here in Southern California so I wouldn't have much knowledge of that. We get 10 inches per year so it's pretty…

Tomato Pests

I am growing 16 tomato plants in Earth Boxes for the first time, and they are growing well, but today I see tiny pink fuzzy things on the back of some of the leaves and some tiny holes in the leaves.  I have ordered Nutri-cal and Rotenone-Pyrethrins, but haven't received it yet, should be here Wed. Is this what I need for my pink fuzzy things?  If not, what do I need?   I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but we have had massive amounts of rain in the last two weeks.
