My Spray-N-Grow Garden

I am growing 16 tomato plants in Earth Boxes for the first time, and they are growing well, but today I see tiny pink fuzzy things on the back of some of the leaves and some tiny holes in the leaves.  I have ordered Nutri-cal and Rotenone-Pyrethrins, but haven't received it yet, should be here Wed. Is this what I need for my pink fuzzy things?  If not, what do I need?   I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but we have had massive amounts of rain in the last two weeks.

Can you take a picture of the pink fuzzy things? I'd be interested to see what they look like. We don't get much rain here in Southern California so I wouldn't have much knowledge of that. We get 10 inches per year so it's pretty dry. We have to irrigate frequently or use a water timer on irrigation lines.

The holes in the leaves might be some kind of chewing insect or catapiller. Follow the directions and the Rotenone should probably take care of them.
I tried to take a picture, but they are so little, they don't show up. They are like mealy bugs, only pink insead of white. I;m in Franklin, Tn, and we had 13-18 inches of rain in two days. There are no catapillers, I looked very closely.
