My Spray-N-Grow Garden

I have tried to grow perinnial hibiscus three times with no success. The first two times they were live plants. Three of them. They all immediately dropped their leaves and just died. I paid attention to them, but they did not come back the folllowing year. The company sent three replacements and the same thing happened.

Then I tried a third time with a different company. This time they came as bare roots. again three of them. I planted and cared for them as directed, but they never came up either.Other things grow just fine in the same areas.

Now the company has sent replacement bare roots. Would they benefit if I treated them with Spray-N-Grow before I planted them?

Thank you, Jeff

I don't see why not and give it a try. SNG is beneficial to all plants whether it is the leaf, stem or root. If you have any left over spray you can just empty it out around the roots after planting. That's what I would do anyway. You may want to leave out the fertilizer in your spray. You don't seem to be having much luck with those plants!
