First the Angel Trumpets (Brugmansia). I'm in western Oregon where the weather tends to be pretty cool most of the time, and am attempting to get 4 different Angel Trumpets to grow & bloom in containers. They are heavy feeders & I'm wondering how often to 'hit them' with the magic blend.
3 of the 4 are growing fairly well but looking a bit yellow. The 4th is a hold out and has not been doing much. It's growing a few new leaves as older leaves are drying out & falling off. It needs some help!
2nd item is a Rhody that has been in the ground a bit over a year now. Given they are an acid loving plant, are there any special cosiderations for S n G use on them? What is a good frequency of spraying on a Rhody? Generally it is advised with them not to fertalize too late in the year so as to give the new growth time to harden off prior to winter. I had only 2 flower clusters on it this year, want to get it full (or fuller) next year. Here's to hoping that Spray n grow will help.

If not, I recommend adding some by sprinkling (earthworms castings, compost, etc) around the base of the plant and water it in. Then use the Perfect Blend often.
For your Rhodies--use the Perfetc Blend once a month for 2-3 applications but use Spray-N-Grow (by itself) every 2-3 weeks. Remember, Spray-N-Grow is not a traditional fertilizer so it won't 'overfeed'. Just don;t add the Bill's Fertilizer when you spray. Spray-N-Grow will always help and will never hurt. Good luck!
